About Luke Anderson

As an Horry County native, I love showing off the beautiful Grand Strand and surrounding areas. My wife and I, and our two daughters, live in Surfside Beach. I graduated from Conway High and then Coastal Carolina University with a degree in Marketing. Go Chants! I mentor and lead a weekly meeting of young men called the Taters, and am passionate about empowering and building up future generations through programs such as Chrysalis and Salkehatchie.

My goals are to communicate clearly, talking through the scary parts of real estate and setting the right expectations to ensure a smooth experience. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), I am an expert at identifying my client’s needs and exceeding their expectations with a well-executed plan. To better serve clients who are in the 50+ market, I am a Senior Real Estate Specialist, with training and expertise in the needs and challenges of this very important demographic. I would love to help you or your aging loved one make a move that will allow a more fulfilled life. I am proud to be a member of the 2022 CCAR Leadership Program, and a member of 2026 SCR Leadership Program. Currently I serve on the CCMLS Board of Directors as the Secretary/Treasurer and the CCAR Legislative Advisory Committee Chariman.
